Responsibilities

The Critical Operations Technician(s) (COT) are Prime Data Center’s front line responders for hands-on electrical and mechanical equipment troubleshooting and operation

This equipment includes, but is not limited to, stand-by diesel generators, switchboards/switchgears, UPSs, PDUs, AHUs, pumps, motors, VFDs, and building automation systems

The COT maintains and follows the processes that maximize customer uptime in the most cost-effective way

Ensures that data center problems are identified and repaired quickly, that contractors deliver quality services, and that internal customer demands are met

Required

Hands-on electrical and mechanical equipment troubleshooting experience

Experience in identifying and repairing data center problems quickly

Ability to ensure contractors deliver quality services

Ability to meet internal customer demands
