Human Resources Information System Specialist
Goodwill Industries of the Columbia Willamette is dedicated to providing vocational opportunities to individuals with disabilities and other barriers to employment. They are seeking an HRIS Specialist to maintain and enhance their human resources information systems, manage data, analyze HR data, and streamline HR processes.

Analyzing HR and employee benefits data
Streamlining HR processes
Collaborating with stakeholders to optimize the efficiency of HR systems and processes
Troubleshooting system issues
Providing guidance on HRIS usage to team members
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and strong foundational knowledge of Human Resources (HR) practices
Demonstrated analytical skills and experience in evaluating and interpreting data effectively
Knowledge of employee benefits administration and HR compliance requirements
Familiarity with business process optimization and system implementation
Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
Strong communication and collaboration abilities
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
Prior experience in a similar role or within HR departments
