Responsibilities
Partner with business stakeholders across Finance, Operations, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain to gather, document, and translate business requirements into technical solutions
Serve as a subject matter expert for enterprise business applications, including ERP and related systems
Support and optimize enterprise-level systems (ERP, WMS/WCS, financial systems, BI/analytics platforms)
Facilitate requirements workshops, process mapping sessions, and solution design discussions
Collaborate with internal IT teams, vendors, and implementation partners to deliver enhancements and system improvements
Identify opportunities for process optimization and continuous improvement
Assist with system implementations, upgrades, testing, training, and user adoption initiatives
Provide ongoing production support and troubleshoot functional issues as needed
Qualification
Required
5+ years of IT Business Analyst or related experience
3–5+ years of experience supporting enterprise business applications
Strong ERP experience (Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred)
Experience supporting enterprise-level systems including ERP, WMS/WCS, financial systems, and BI/analytics tools
Proven ability to gather and document detailed business requirements
Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Proficiency with business analysis, data analysis, and project management tools
Continuous improvement mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred
Experience working in Manufacturing, Beverage, or other production-based industries strongly preferred
