Lead and participate in pulling, routing, and staging low voltage and fiber cabling
Oversee and assist with installs, labeling, dressing, and cable management best practices
Ensure work quality, safety compliance, and proper documentation across your team
Collaborate with project supervisors to meet daily production targets
Maintain a high performance work pace in a mission critical data center environment
Qualification
Required
2+ years of Lead Cable Pulling experience leading teams of 5+ personnel
Willing to work any shift/time—full flexibility required
Reliable transportation
Ability to pass a background check (~no major felonies, violent offenses, or active/open cases)
Ability to pass a 5-Panel Drug Screen
