Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate the (mainly electrical) parts of all the projects
Responsible for daily operations, inspection, and maintenance of electrical and mechanical building systems
Oversee regular walkthroughs of operational units, identify technical issues, performing maintenance, and necessary installation work
Responsible for monitoring and inspecting cooling/heating and electrical systems
Supervise the activities of all contracted partners working on-site
Operating the building management system
Familiar with MS Office at a user level
Knowledge of PLC and pneumatic systems
Willing and able to work different shifts
Qualification
Required

experience with electrical distribution
experience with lighting systems
experience with control panels
experience with preventive maintenance
ensure all electrical components operate safely and efficiently
assist with electrical upgrades
assist with project installations
ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards
manage and coordinate the (mainly electrical) parts of all the projects
responsible for daily operations, inspection, and maintenance of electrical and mechanical building systems
oversee regular walkthroughs of operational units
identify technical issues
perform maintenance and necessary installation work
responsible for monitoring and inspecting cooling/heating and electrical systems

at least 2 years of relevant professional experience
Preferred
