Responsibilities
Apply in-depth knowledge and best practices to evaluate business issues and propose improvements to products, processes, or systems
Solve complex problems by approaching solutions from new perspectives and leveraging existing resources
Monitor, triage, and independently resolve routine production system issues and inquiries
Perform scheduled administrative activities such as policy‑level tasks and production reporting
Conduct periodic system and transactional audits to ensure data and process quality
Complete assigned project tasks, supporting enhancements, system configuration updates, and cross‑functional initiatives
Collaborate with developers, analysts, and business stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable technical specifications
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in software systems analysis
Life Insurance industry experience with knowledge of policy administration processes
Experience systems such as Cyberlife, ALIS or Vantage
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and iterative delivery
Preferred
Deeper specialization in Life Insurance or policy administration
Demonstrated ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to technical and non-technical leaders
Strong interpersonal skills with focus on building cross functional partnerships
