Responsibilities
Serve as a servant leader for 1-2 cross-functional Agile teams (SAP functional, technical, and business)
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives
Promote continuous improvement and empirical delivery practices
Balance Agile delivery with traditional PMO governance (stage gates, deliverables, RAID logs)
Support integration with waterfall-driven workstreams such as data migration, testing, and cutover
Ensure alignment to program increments and release plans
Partner with Product Owners, Business Analysts, System Integrators, and SAP consultants
Facilitate backlog refinement, user story development, and sizing sessions
Track and manage dependencies, risks, and blockers across SAP and legacy systems
Participate in scaled Agile ceremonies such as PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, and System Demos
Collaborate with Release Train Engineers (RTEs), Solution Architects, and other Scrum Masters
Contribute to Agile metrics and dashboards (velocity, burndown, team health)
Manage backlogs and delivery tracking using Jira
Apply SAP Activate methodology within Agile planning frameworks
Coordinate with SAP functional leads (FI/CO, MM, PM, SD) and technical leads (Basis, ABAP, PI/PO)
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in enterprise-scale Agile environments
Experience supporting ERP programs or SAP support organizations
Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA or major ERP platforms (SAP ECC, Oracle, Workday)
Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and hybrid delivery models
Experience with scaled Agile frameworks such as SAFe
Proficiency with Jira and familiarity with Confluence, MS Project, or similar tools
Preferred
Experience in large utility or regulated enterprise environments
Strong facilitation, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills
