Responsibilities
Lead enterprise IT projects across healthcare and government systems
Manage full project lifecycle from business case to delivery
Drive RFP, RFQ, APD, and procurement processes
Manage vendor selection, contracts, negotiations, and performance
Oversee CMS communication, reporting, and compliance
Manage project governance, scope control, and risk mitigation
Coordinate business, IT, QA, and development teams
Implement Agile, SAFe, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models
Maintain project documentation, reporting, and stakeholder communication
Support Medicaid, CMS, and federal reporting initiatives
