Responsibilities
Pull and integrate data across Salesforce, Snowflake, and Tableau
Build and maintain dashboards covering:
Startup applications
Activations and onboarding
Product usage and engagement
Conversion outcomes
Deliver insights supporting:
Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs)
Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
Translate analytics into executive-ready narratives and recommendations
Analyze partnerships with:
Venture Capital firms
Accelerators
Incubators
Measure:
Platform penetration across VC portfolios
Adoption vs. competitors
Utilize ecosystem intelligence tools such as Crunchbase and Harmonic
Identify whitespace opportunities and conversion targets
Qualification
Required
Hands-on experience with Salesforce (advanced proficiency)
Strong working experience with Snowflake
Dashboard development & visualization experience with Tableau
Ability to connect Salesforce and Snowflake datasets into Tableau dashboards with minimal ramp-up time
3-5+ years in analytics, BI, or operations roles
Comfortable working across multiple data sources
Strong business acumen — not purely technical
Able to translate data into actionable insights
Confident presenting to leadership audiences
Skilled in operational storytelling through data
Preferred
Experience with Crunchbase or Harmonic
Exposure to startup ecosystems or accelerator programs
SaaS or AI company background
Experience supporting Growth, GTM, or Revenue teams
