Mission Critical Partners is a leading provider of data, consulting, engineering, network and security solutions. They are seeking a creative and motivated Digital Marketing Intern to support the Marketing team in strengthening their digital presence and optimizing campaigns.

Responsibilities

Support the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels
Assist with email marketing campaigns, including drafting content, scheduling, and analyzing performance metrics
Conduct research on industry trends, competitor strategies, SEO/SEM best practices, and audience behavior
Track and report on digital marketing performance using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, LinkedIn Analytics, and Meta Business Suite
Support for data management and digital marketing activities within HubSpot to ensure accurate records and effective campaign execution
Assist with paid digital campaigns, including social media advertising and Google Ads
Collaborate with internal teams to align digital marketing initiatives with broader organizational goals
Help optimize content and campaigns based on data insights and performance trends
Prepare and deliver a final presentation summarizing internship contributions, skills developed, and professional growth
Perform other related duties as assigned

Required

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field
Understanding of digital marketing principles, including email marketing, analytics, and paid media
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work both independently and collaboratively
Access to a reliable high-speed internet connection to support virtual collaboration and video conferencing

Preferred

Familiarity with analytics platforms and reporting metrics is preferred
Experience with digital marketing tools or platforms is a plus
