Application System Analyst Lead - Converge Revenue Cycle

Talent Bridge is seeking an Information Services Lead to coordinate and lead efforts across related Information Services teams. This senior role involves oversight of applications support, including incident, problem, request, and change management, working with operational partners and stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Lead application implementation phases, including build, configuration, testing, go‑live support, and optimization
Provide escalation support for assigned focus areas and ensure team activities align with quality standards
Apply expert knowledge of application design and configuration to influence operational outcomes
Document, analyze, and communicate requirements, dependencies, and project status to stakeholders
Manage process and requirements analysis, including workflow mapping and stakeholder engagement
Build and maintain relationships with business partners to support project insight and opportunities
Identify potential roadblocks and work with leadership to resolve them
Distribute work assignments and ensure deliverables meet expectations
Mentor and coach team members and facilitate cross‑training
Maintain and share expert knowledge of relevant technologies and documentation resources
Communicate effectively with end users, business contacts, and technical teams about business needs and timelines
Lead focus area workgroups and coordinate cross‑team communications and work sessions
Deliver clear internal and external communications, adapting messages for audience level
Oversee medium and large project workstreams and support lower‑level staff when needed

Qualification

Required

5–7 years of experience supporting healthcare, business, or information systems environments
Ability to present complex data clearly (e.g., charts, graphs)
Strong problem‑solving and multitasking skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities
Demonstrated ability to work independently and with minimal guidance
Experience developing and leading solutions for complex tasks and cross‑functional teams
Experience mentoring or serving as a knowledge resource across teams

Preferred

Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred, with a focus in healthcare, business, information systems, or a related field; equivalent experience considered
Supervisory or team‑lead experience preferred
At least 2+ years of project management experience or equivalent
Relevant technology or application certifications preferred
For Epic Analysts: proficiency in assigned Epic module required at start of employment; certifications must be maintained and updated with new releases
