Responsibilities

Set up and maintain the more complex contract administration parameters for all collective bargaining agreements and non-union work agreements for the enterprise
Develop scope of project plans and development test plans
Coordinate with in-house and/or off shore teams to communicate programming needs
Oversee and/or conduct unit and regression testing
Record and track defects discovered during test execution
Utilize The Kroger Change Management processes to document test case results and system changes
Special projects related to Time & Attendance system
Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation

Required

Advanced system testing knowledge
Meticulous attention to detail
Ability to write test scripts
Ability to work as a leader and as an individual contributor in a team environment

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Preferred

3 years developing and executing systems tests, preferably in an HR or Payroll environment
Advanced system testing knowledge in HR or Payroll information systems
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field
