Mondo is seeking a Technical Training Lead to manage and enhance technology training for their global workforce of about 4,000 employees. This role focuses on learning and teaching, with a strong emphasis on AI enablement and involves creating and delivering training content both in-person and virtually.

Responsibilities

Own and lead technical training initiatives across the organization
Design and deliver scalable training programs for global teams
Rapidly learn new platforms, document workflows, and create structured training content
Deliver engaging in-person and virtual training sessions across multiple offices
Travel as needed to conduct on-site trainings
Partner with IT, HR/People, Operations, and business teams to identify training needs
Create modern training content using AI-driven tools (e.g., Synthesia)
Develop and manage training content in the Workday LMS
Measure training adoption and effectiveness and continuously improve programs

Required

5–7 years of experience in technical training, enablement, or corporate education
Experience training large, enterprise audiences
Strong content creation and facilitation skills
High technical fluency and ability to quickly learn new tools
Hands-on experience with AI tools, especially ChatGPT
Experience with LMS platforms (Workday required)
Comfortable traveling for on-site trainings
Confident, engaging presenter with strong emotional intelligence
Proactive, adaptable, and passionate about teaching

Preferred

Prior people management experience or readiness to step into leadership
Experience with gamification or creative learning formats
