Responsibilities

Plans for production, manages inventory levels, quickly resolves problems, and provides recommendations that supports management in terms of planning and operations
Plans, manages, and coordinates all activities related to the supply chain to include: necessary materials needed to meet the changes of product demands from customers, changes from vendors, and fluctuation
Manages/controls activities and processes for inventory on the floor, expiring raw materials, long lead time, historical usage, forecast, performance, and blanket
Works directly with the Sales/Customer Service department to determine most effective solution for finished goods delivery projection to customers
Collaborates with the purchasing department to determine the best estimated time of arrival on schedule from vendors
Works with Scheduling team and Purchasing to expedite orders when requested
Manages and corrects inventory levels internally to ensure accuracy in planning
Supports proper utilization of ERP system
Resolves issues with appropriate analysis and countermeasures where necessary
Conducts and leads all meetings in terms of Supply and Demand reconciliation
Follows/enforces that everyone adheres to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s), Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP’s), Standard Safety Practices, and all company policies/procedures
Completes other projects and tasks assigned by management

Required

High school diploma/GED
1-2 years of work experience in a manufacturing environment and in a planner/scheduler role is a plus!
Communication Skills – able to speak clearly, concisely and accurately in order to ensure effective department operations
Bilingual in Vietnamese is a plus!
Computer Skills – MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, and ERP (intermediate level)
Detail Oriented - pays close attention to detail, accuracy/completeness, double-checking their work
