Responsibilities
Lead implementations across Azure, Microsoft 365, migrations, identity/Entra ID, backup & DR
Deploy hybrid integrations with VMware, Hyper V, on prem compute, storage, and network environments
Produce documentation including build guides, validation plans, cutover plans, and knowledge transfer
Collaborate with Laketec’s network, security, and collaboration engineering teams
Serve as a Tier III expert for advanced cloud and hybrid infrastructure escalations
Ensure solutions follow Laketec engineering standards and security best practices
Qualification
Required
7–10+ years of IT engineering experience, with 5+ years in cloud/hybrid infrastructure
Expertise in Azure, M365, Entra ID, Windows Server, virtualization, and backup/DR
Experience delivering technical projects in consulting or MSP environments
Strong customer communication and presentation skills
Ability to create SOWs, diagrams, and documentation
Valid driver's license & ability to pass background check
cloud and hybrid infrastructure: 5 years (Required)
Preferred
Microsoft: AZ 104, AZ 305, MS 102
VMware VCP
Experience with SD WAN, networking, or cloud security platforms
PowerShell/automation experience
Experience supporting multiple industries such as K 12, healthcare, or enterprise
