Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and analyze personalization and A/B testing initiatives across digital experiences
Develop clear hypotheses and testing strategies grounded in data and business goals
Build and support test experiences using HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript
Partner with marketing, product, analytics, and technical teams to deliver optimized experiences
Translate test results and analytics insights into actionable recommendations
Manage work independently, including timelines, milestones, and progress tracking
Ensure accurate measurement and reporting through digital analytics tools
Qualification
Required
Beginner to Intermediate experience with HTML/CSS
Beginner-level experience with JavaScript
Experience with personalization or A/B testing (technical or business-focused)
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a hypothesis-driven mindset
Demonstrated project management experience, including independent ownership of tasks and timelines
Ability to communicate effectively with technical, marketing, and leadership audiences
Hands-on experience with digital analytics tools
Preferred
Advanced proficiency in JavaScript
Experience authoring experiences in Adobe Target or similar personalization platforms
Advanced knowledge of HTML/CSS
Experience with Adobe Analytics
Experience with Adobe Launch
