Customer Service Representative
Ultimate Staffing is seeking a Customer Service Representative to enhance customer interactions. The role involves responding to inquiries, resolving complaints, and maintaining customer satisfaction through effective communication and support.
Responsibilities
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, delivering accurate information about products, services, and company policies
Resolve customer complaints and troubleshooting issues, ensuring a positive experience and maintaining high satisfaction
Record customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in the CRM system for tracking and analysis
Process orders, returns, exchanges, and billing inquiries accurately
Maintain in-depth knowledge of products and services to effectively guide customers and provide solutions
Escalate complex, high-priority issues to appropriate departments or management, following established guidelines
Identify customer needs and proactively offer solutions to improve their experience and reduce churn
Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores and resolution time targets
