Responsibilities
Conduct all the activities: timeline, cost, benefit from business case formulation (charter with problem statement, in/out scope, timeline, cost roll ups, dependencies, team and stakeholders, as is and to be process maps)
Conduct kick off meetings
Manage cross functional stakeholders
Maintain MOS
Create presentations
Maintain project management in ITPPM
Manage execution on time with quality and on cost through every tollgate
Oversee execution from teams including contractors that do requirements, development, testing and production push
Conduct all the compliance requirements for information security checkpoints, architecture and all required reviews
Update PMO communication tools and provide stakeholder communications
Prepare and lead project workshops
Overall manage project management execution end to end inclusive or risk mitigation and issue resolution management all the way to production release, hypercare oversight and IT Ops transition of the solution
Qualification
Required
Experience in leading complex IT projects, on time, on cost and with quality
Experience in HON IT projects and systems
Ability to ramp up to lead projects on new technologies or processes
Ability to manage conflicting stakeholder demands
Communication skills tailored to the audience and ability to generate and deliver presentations and manage the scope of a meeting or workshop
