Responsibilities
Install, service, and repair residential and light commercial garage doors and openers throughout the NoCal area
Deliver exceptional customer service with every job—explaining repairs, educating customers, and building trust
Conduct accurate inspections and ensure all work meets safety codes and brand standards
Document job details with photos, notes, and recommendations for seamless operations
Provide upgrade recommendations and identify opportunities for additional value-add services
Represent our brand with professionalism, integrity, and craftsmanship
Qualification
Required
Valid driver's license + clean driving record
Strong mechanical aptitude; garage door experience preferred but not required
Ability to lift 75+ lbs, climb ladders, and use basic hand/power tools safely
Reliability, positive attitude, and dedication to customer satisfaction
Strong communication skills and comfort using mobile dispatch technology
High school diploma or equivalent

ServiceTitan experience a plus
