Respond to customer calls/inquiries
Handle billing
Help customers work through scheduling
Organize technician routes
Keep track of customer interactions
Assist with other administrative duties when needed

Required

Strong customer service skills
Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

Experience with using CRMs
