Responsibilities

Lead and manage IT Operations projects end to end, ensuring smooth delivery, stakeholder alignment, resource coordination, and adherence to SLAs, quality, and operational standards
Drive end to end project lifecycle, planning, execution, monitoring, reporting, closure
Coordinate with onsite/offshore teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors
Ensure all operational tasks align with ITIL practices and organizational policies
Track project milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables
Prepare and deliver weekly/monthly project status reports to senior leadership
Manage project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost tracking
Drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and service quality
Facilitate change management processes, approvals, and documentation
Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication

Required

12-15 Years of experience
Onsite Project Manager will lead and manage IT Operations projects end to end
Hands on experience in ITIL based operations
Ability to manage large cross functional teams
Lead IT Operations projects, ensuring on time, high quality delivery
Drive end to end project lifecycle, planning, execution, monitoring, reporting, closure
Coordinate with onsite/offshore teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors
Ensure all operational tasks align with ITIL practices and organizational policies
Track project milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables
Prepare and deliver weekly/monthly project status reports to senior leadership
Manage project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost tracking
Drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and service quality
Facilitate change management processes, approvals, and documentation
Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication
8+ years of experience in IT Operations / Project Management
Strong understanding of ITIL processes, SLA management, and incident/problem/change management
Experience managing large IT Infra / Operations / Support teams
Proficiency in project tools (JIRA, ServiceNow, MS Project, Confluence)
Excellent communication, stakeholder handling, and client management skills
Strong risk, issue, and escalation management abilities
Strong leadership and team mentoring skills
Analytical, structured thinking with proactive problem-solving ability
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities

Preferred

PMP / Prince2 / ITIL certification is an added advantage
