Responsibilities

Providing best-in-class IT support to case teams and office staff, both proactively and in response to issues, with a strong focus on user experience
Supporting a broad range of technologies, including laptops, mobile devices, video conferencing systems, printers, standing desks, and office infrastructure
Preparing, configuring, imaging, deploying, and maintaining end-user devices in line with BCG standards
Troubleshooting issues across Windows and macOS environments, Android and iOS devices, Microsoft 365, VPNs, and network connectivity
Maintaining local technology environments to improve reliability, security, efficiency, and cost effectiveness
Coordinating with external vendors for the repair and maintenance of office technology
Providing on-site technical support for meetings, events, and office initiatives
Communicating clearly and professionally with end users as well as local, regional, and global IT teams regarding issue status and resolution
Logging, tracking, and analyzing incidents in ServiceNow to identify trends and opportunities for continuous improvement
Managing hardware and software assets, including inventory tracking and configuration compliance
Creating and maintaining documentation, knowledge articles, and standard operating procedures
Participating in local, regional, and global IT initiatives, including evaluating and piloting new technologies
Supporting general office initiatives as needed

Required

Bachelor's degree preferred
2+ years of experience in an IT support, service desk, or similar role
Experience supporting Windows and macOS operating systems, Android and iOS devices, Microsoft 365, VPNs, MFA, Intune/Azure and network connectivity
Ability to diagnose issues, propose solutions, and escalate effectively when appropriate
Familiarity with automation tools, process improvement initiatives, and emerging technologies (including AI-enabled tools)
Foundational knowledge of PC and laptop hardware, software, telecommunications, mobile devices, networking, and server administration
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
High standards for accuracy, follow-through, and customer satisfaction
Willingness and ability to perform hands-on work, including lifting and moving equipment and using basic tools
