Responsibilities
Lead all phases of the interior design process, ensuring alignment with firmwide design standards and project goals
Develop original design concepts, programming strategies, and project-specific design criteria
Direct interior design efforts and coordinate closely with architectural teams to create cohesive, compelling design narratives
Present design concepts and strategies to clients, participate in marketing pursuits, and support long-term client relationships
Mentor and inspire junior staff through design charrettes, pin-ups, reviews, and collaborative team sessions
Qualification
Required
Lead all phases of the interior design process, ensuring alignment with firmwide design standards and project goals
Develop original design concepts, programming strategies, and project-specific design criteria
Direct interior design efforts and coordinate closely with architectural teams to create cohesive, compelling design narratives
Present design concepts and strategies to clients, participate in marketing pursuits, and support long-term client relationships
Mentor and inspire junior staff through design charrettes, pin-ups, reviews, and collaborative team sessions
Advanced proficiency in BIM workflows, building codes, ADA and FGI requirements, life safety standards, and interior technical systems
Strong experience in programming, planning, site analysis, contract documentation, field observations, cost estimating, and construction administration
Expertise in FF&E specifications, furniture bid packages, and interior materials research
Experience documenting sustainability and material health initiatives aligned with Living Design principles
High-level proficiency in Revit, Rhino, Grasshopper, Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, Enscape, V-Ray, and environmental analysis tools including Ladybug and Climate Studio
