Responsibilities
Collect operational data directly from fulfillment center activities
Pull totes off the line, count contents, and verify inventory accuracy
Record findings and discrepancies in Excel spreadsheets
Investigate discrepancies and document root causes when possible
Provide daily updates and reports to my team
Support targeted audits to help validate fixes deployed by our development teams
Potentially travel to other fulfillment centers in the SE region as needs evolve
Qualification
Required
Associates degree and/or hands on project, technician or research experience tracking and maintaining data entries
Comfortable using Excel for data entry and basic analysis
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Solid basic math/statistics skills (averages, counts, comparisons, etc.)
Able to follow instructions consistently and work independently
Someone scrappy, reliable, and hands-on
Open to travel as the work may shift to other buildings over time
