Responsibilities

Lead fast-paced POCs to test AI/BI use cases
Manage full lifecycle of IT development and analytics/AI projects
Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery aligned with PM methodology
Partner with business functional groups to capture needs
Gather and translate business requirements into functional documentation
Facilitate workshops with business and IT stakeholders
Capture current-state and future-state business processes
Document requirements, technical capabilities, and project deliverables
Produce project artifacts (process diagrams, BRDs, project plans, etc.)
Act as liaison between business, IT, and vendors
Support technical leads by documenting high-level system designs
Maintain project plans in MS Project Online

Required

5+ years of technical project management with custom development and COTS (commercial off-the-shelf) implementations
Standard project management tools and techniques
Agile and Waterfall methodologies
Strong ability to communicate clearly and concisely with stakeholders and executive leadership
Proven track record of being detail-oriented, confident, and fully in command of project scope and status
MS Projects – Project planning, scheduling, and deliverable tracking
Microsoft Office Suite (Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) – Process diagrams, requirements documentation, analysis artifacts, and executive communication
Ability to flex based on project needs

Preferred

Experience with Palantir Foundry
Exposure to or experience with DevOps practices and tools
Project management certifications (PMP, ScrumMaster, etc.)
