Apply experience and a broad base of technical, operational, process, or project skills to service broadly stated client needs
Plan, assign, coach, and manage the work of team members in areas where the associate has experience or skill expertise
Continuously update skills and knowledge of new technology, equipment, services, and methods
Actively contribute to the definition of scope, objectives, deliverables

Required

5 or more years in an IT position
Plant and project management experience including managerial, continuous improvement, and system re-design techniques
Bachelor's Degree in MIS/Computer Science, or related field
Project and process support, including training, communications and work management utilizing Agile methodology
Technical and procedural documentation
Strong skill set in system design: logic, data, network, process
Problem analysis, definition, and resolution
Strong communication and documentation skills
