Responsibilities
Support attorneys with personal injury matters from intake through settlement or trial
Draft and organize pleadings, correspondence, discovery, and demand packages
Request, review, and summarize medical records and bills
Communicate with clients, insurance adjusters, medical providers, and vendors
Manage deadlines, calendars, and case files
Assist with trial preparation, mediations, and hearings as needed
Qualification
Required
1+ years of experience as a paralegal or legal assistant in personal injury
Strong knowledge of PI pre‑suit and/or litigation procedures
Excellent organizational, communication, and follow‑up skills
Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously
Proficiency with case management systems and Microsoft Office
Preferred
Florida PI experience strongly preferred
