Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end Byte BOH deployments from planning through go-live and stabilization
Build and manage integrated plans across software, hardware, integrations, network readiness, training, and cutover
Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and trade-offs across parallel teams
Align cross-functional stakeholders
Drive vendor and system integrator execution and accountability
Adapt deployments for regional needs while maintaining global standards
Communicate progress, risks, and decisions clearly to senior leadership
Capture learnings and improve repeatable rollout playbooks
Operate effectively in ambiguous environments without requiring detailed direction
Make independent decisions within program scope and escalates appropriately
Anticipate risks before they become blockers
Raise the bar for program management rigor and execution discipline
Partner closely with the Byte BOH Product Manager to ensure effective delivery of product capabilities
Qualification
Required
10+ years in Technical Program Management or related roles
Proven delivery of large, complex enterprise technology deployments
Strong technical fluency across software, integrations, and infrastructure
Experience leading global or multi-region programs
Ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority
Clear communicator who thrives in ambiguity
Preferred
BOH, restaurant, or retail systems experience
International deployment or market launch exposure
Familiarity with inventory, labor, or restaurant operating systems
Experience working with franchise partners
