Behavior Analyst

The Behavior Analyst plays a meaningful role in providing support to individuals and their caregivers by coordinating, supervising, and providing behavioral services using evidence-based practices.

Responsibilities
Providing support to individuals and their caregivers by coordinating, supervising, and providing behavioral services
Utilizing evidence-based practices including Trauma Informed Care, Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), and Skill-Based Treatment
Working with individuals with various diagnoses, including behavioral health, intellectual/developmental disorders, and autism spectrum disorders
Conducting functional behavioral analysis and assessment, behavior acquisition and reduction procedures, naturalistic teaching, and adaptive life skills
Overseeing the programming of and providing ongoing support and supervision to Behavior Technicians (BTs)
Providing clinical training supervision to behavior specialists
Providing training and support to parents/caregivers as it relates to the implementation and documentation associated with skill acquisition and behavior support plans
Coordinating care across environments and with other treatment team and family members
Qualification
Required
Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Social Work, Education, or related field
Experience working with children/adolescents with a variety of psychiatric and/or behavioral disorders, including those on the autism spectrum
Must be able to communicate in English, including both spoken and in writing
Ability to provide BACB supervision to other BCBA candidates and RBTs
Valid Ohio Driver's License with Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles; proof of auto insurance; insurable driving record (five points or fewer)
BCBA certification in good standing
COBA (Certified Ohio Behavior Analyst) certification in good standing or ability to obtain COBA certification within 3 months of hire
Ability to obtain and maintain First Aid, CPR - adult, child, and infant. (Training will be provided, if not already certified)
Ability to obtain and maintain physical crisis intervention training (as required by program)
