Help Desk Analyst

Responsibilities
Support employer accounts for background check and criminal justice data systems
Set up and maintain employer and user accounts, including ePortal access
Communicate with employers via email and phone to resolve issues
Analyze issues, determine root cause, and implement solutions
Update account and user information and perform related support tasks
Qualification
Required
8+ years of Help Desk or technical support experience
Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and analytical skills
Excellent customer service, verbal, and written communication skills
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook)
