Restaurant IT Field Service Technician
Flynn Group is the largest franchise operator in the world, seeking a Restaurant IT Field Service Technician (Level 1) to support critical technology across their Pizza Hut & Wendy's restaurants. This role is ideal for early-career IT professionals who enjoy hands-on work and building a strong technical foundation in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Provide on-site IT support for restaurant systems and equipment
Perform preventive maintenance, service calls, and installation projects
Troubleshoot hardware, software, cabling, and network issues
Serve as a technical partner to restaurant leadership and team members
Document work and resolutions using ServiceNow
Prioritize work based on business impact and urgency
Participate in rotating on-call support for critical systems
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
General computer and Windows/DOS knowledge
Basic cabling and networking experience
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work independently in a field environment
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
