Responsibilities
Respond to IT support requests via phone, email, or in-person in a timely and professional manner
Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and other IT equipment
Assist with network connectivity issues, including Wi-Fi, VPN, and LAN/WAN configurations
Provide support for remote users, ensuring they have secure access to necessary resources
Assist with inventory tracking and equipment lifecycle management, such as checking in returned equipment and assessing what equipment can be deployed
Ensure conference rooms are running correctly
Provide IT support to in-house company events
Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software applications, and security updates
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights in various systems, including Active Directory and other enterprise applications
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts
Familiarity with Windows and macOS operating systems
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
A customer service-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
