Responsibilities
Analyze business requirements and design high-level Java-based solutions
Define architecture, frameworks, and technology stack for applications
Ensure solution aligns with enterprise standards, scalability, and performance requirements
Collaborate with functional, technical, and QA teams to ensure successful implementation
Provide guidance to development teams on architecture, design patterns, and best practices
Identify technical risks and recommend mitigation strategies
Stay updated with emerging Java technologies, frameworks, and industry trends
Qualification
Required
Strong experience with Java, Spring, Hibernate
Knowledge of microservices, REST/SOAP APIs, messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus
Solid understanding of software architecture principles and design patterns
Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders and development teams
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Preferred
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
Familiarity with DevOps practices and performance tuning
