Responsibilities
Shape and guide the development of strategic product capabilities. Be responsible for defining strategies and delivering results for complex technical initiatives, while identifying potential risks and pivots in advance
Navigate and resolve deep technical problems. Devise simple and elegant technical solutions that meet customer needs and simplify their developer journey on GCP
Oversee end-to-end development for engineering groups, managing cross-team dependencies. This includes defining actionable milestones, clarifying complex solutions, and addressing daily implementation hurdles
Extend your technical influence across multiple organizations to align stakeholders with competing goals. Provide both formal and informal technical guidance while collaborating with Product and Partner teams
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
8 years of experience testing, and launching software products
5 years of experience building and developing large-scale infrastructure, distributed systems or networks, or experience with compute technologies, storage, or hardware architecture
Experience with Docker, Linux, and Go
Preferred
Master's degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field
8 years of experience with data structures and algorithms
5 years of experience testing, and launching software products
3 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization involving cross-functional, or cross-business projects
3 years of experience with software design and architecture
