Serve as primary advisor for an existing book of clients
Review, refine, and execute financial plans aligned to client goals
Partner with clients through retirement, tax-aware planning decisions, and life transitions
Collaborate with senior advisors and leadership to elevate service standards
Maintain clear documentation and follow-through using our process + CRM
Qualification
Required
Licensed, experienced advisor or client service-focused financial professional
Life/Health/ Series 65 or 66 licensing
Ability to serve as primary advisor for an existing book of clients
Experience in reviewing, refining, and executing financial plans aligned to client goals
Capability to partner with clients through retirement, tax-aware planning decisions, and life transitions
Experience in collaborating with senior advisors and leadership to elevate service standards
Ability to maintain clear documentation and follow-through using process + CRM
Strong client satisfaction and retention skills
Strong planning execution and proactive reviews
Organized follow-up, reliable communication, and consistent service cadence
Willingness to take on increasing responsibility and leadership contribution over time
Preferred
CFP® certification preferred, not required
