Billing Administrator

Responsibilities
Prepare and process customer invoices for multiple divisions
Manage collections activities for multiple divisions, including follow-up on past-due accounts and coordination with internal teams
Submit and track orders for multiple divisions, ensuring required documentation is complete and accurate
Oversee, maintain, and regularly review the accounts receivable aging report for multiple divisions
Research and resolve billing discrepancies, short pays, and customer inquiries
Coordinate with service, inspection, installation, and project teams to ensure billing accuracy
Ensure billing complies with contract terms, customer requirements, and internal policies
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED
One to two years related experience and/or training
Equivalent combination of education and experience
A Notary Public or the ability to obtain it
Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel
