Training Coordinator Part-time
LifeView Group is a nonprofit human services organization whose mission is to help people throughout life’s journey. The Training Coordinator will serve as the first point of contact for team members and customers, assisting with pre-employment screening, training events, and maintaining training records.

Responsibilities
Assisting with pre-employment screening and on-boarding forms
Assisting with training events
Maintaining training records
Generating necessary training reports
Representing Lakeview’s training department
Qualification
Required
Associate degree in related field or two (2) years related work or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Three (3) years customer service experience in an office environment
Must have the ability to work independently with good decision-making skills
Must have strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize responsibilities
Must be able to develop and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external customers
Must possess professional verbal and written communication skills and be comfortable dealing with the public
Requires proficient computer skills, ability to learn new software and programs and must be able to use Microsoft Office Suite
Must be able to pass organization screening requirements, including state or federal background screenings as appropriate
