Responsibilities
Deliver budget revenue, gross margin, and contribution margin targets according to quarterly accountability while ensuring due diligence across the team
Analyze third-party OEM ecosystem performance and Windows activation trends to identify market drivers and forecast variances
Partner with Sales, Marketing, and global Finance teams across regions to develop clear, data-driven commentary for senior stakeholders
Drive alignment between Finance Teams, Commercial Devices Solution Sales leadership, OEM leadership teams, and Sales Excellence around all finance rhythms
Lead financial modeling for critical business cases and build capability on new growth areas and performance metrics
Manage revenue adjustments to maximize revenue and gross margin outcomes while developing deeper understanding of investment ROI and profitability
Optimize allocation of funds across partners and manage the profit and loss statement to field operating model accountability
Contribute to financial close processes and build or enhance reporting and Power BI dashboards to support strategic decision-making
Foster collaboration across Finance and Business communities to drive simplification and standardization of repeatable, sustainable processes
Minimize manual work and time spent on reporting through continuous emphasis on transformation and adoption of worldwide initiatives and best practices
Connect the commercial sales finance community across Americas, Asia, and EMEA regions
Create a strong culture of compliance by driving structured tone from the top
Actively contribute to the Commercial sales finance Community and adoption of best practices to increase business partnership and drive standardization
Qualification
Required
5-7 years of financial and/or accounting experience required
Experience in financial planning and analysis partnering with sales finance in large matrixed multinational companies
Experience in the IT/PC ecosystem including OEM or adjacent technology partners required
Demonstrated experience influencing senior stakeholders using data including forecasting and variance analysis
Bachelor's degree in accounting or related financial discipline required
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for complex financial analysis and modeling
Advanced proficiency in Power BI for analytics, reporting, and dashboard development
Financial performance management including budgeting, revenue forecasting, forecast accuracy, and tracking performance metrics
Ability to influence senior stakeholders on business decisions leveraging data and insights
Strong financial planning and analysis capabilities with experience in large multinational matrix organizations
Deep understanding of business drivers including market dynamics, share analysis, product performance, channel strategies, and customer behavior
Variance analysis and ability to articulate the story behind financial numbers as a subject matter expert
Investment optimization and ROI analysis with focus on profitability assessment
Strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail and critical thinking
Self-starter capable of effective collaboration across organizations and thriving in ambiguous environments
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Ability to analyze business trends and project future revenues and expenses
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 product suite
Strong track record of driving business partnership and trusted leadership
