Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day execution of the listing and brand social media calendar
Capture and create short-form video and photo content for Posts, Reels, Stories, listing preparation, open houses, and behind-the-scenes moments
Publish and engage across platforms including Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn
Assist with caption writing, hooks, trends, hashtags, and platform-specific best practices
Support listing launches with coordinated social posts, stories, and video content
Contribute ideas to improve audience engagement, visibility, and brand consistency
Track basic performance metrics such as views and engagement to inform content direction
Ensure brand voice, tone, and visual standards are consistent across all platforms
Run field errands; ensure properties are show-ready with light on-site prep
Support processing client paperwork
Maintain transaction files; upload and audit documents for compliance
Support scheduling and communication with photographers, stagers, and contractors
Assist with entering property details into MLS and internal databases
Attend and assist at open houses, as needed
Track contingency deadlines, inspections, and Earnest Money Deposits; send reminders
Provide professional, courteous communication with clients throughout the process
Communicate with clients, agents, lenders, title, and vendors throughout the transaction
Provide weekly updates and ensure smooth contract-to-close execution
Send final settlement statements and assist with referral/testimonial requests
Install/remove signs, riders, and lockboxes; manage and copy keys
Attend staging, photography/videography, contractor, and vendor appointments
Deliver marketing materials
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Self-motivated, energetic, and eager to learn
Proficiency with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)
Comfortable with both office-based tasks and in-field work
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
Role is primarily office-based in McLean, VA and requires frequent travel to local properties
Preferred
Experience in real estate, marketing, or customer service
Familiarity with MLS, real estate processes, or local Northern Virginia/DC markets
Photography, videography, or graphic design skills
Virginia Real Estate License (if not currently licensed, Virginia licensing will be required as part of onboarding)
