Responsibilities

Design and develop high-quality, scalable applications using C# and the .NET ecosystem
Contribute to system architecture and technical decision-making
Build and maintain APIs, backend services, and front-end components
Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver new features
Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
Participate in code reviews and uphold engineering best practices
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize production systems
Improve development processes, tooling, and CI/CD pipelines

Required

5+ years of experience building enterprise-grade software with .NET (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, MVC)
Strong experience with modern front-end frameworks (React or Angular) and JavaScript
Solid experience with SQL Server and relational database design
Understanding of cloud-native development and distributed systems
Familiarity with observability and monitoring tools (e.g. Datadog, Splunk, Dynatrace)
Experience working in Agile environments
Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
Comfortable taking ownership and working independently
Experience with Git or similar version control tools

Preferred

Background in fintech, payments, or financial services
Experience with CI/CD and deployment automation
Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools
Interest in AI-assisted development tools and modern engineering workflows
