Qualification
Required
3 to 5 years of hands-on experience providing Tier 1-2 help desk and desktop support
Certifications: CompTIA A+
Operating Systems: Windows 10, Windows 11, Android, IOS
Microsoft O365: focus in Outlook, Microsoft Teams
Mobile Device Management: Android & iOS device support
Networking: Basic networking, connectivity troubleshooting
Graduate with a Bachelors Degree in Information Science or 2+ years of help desk experience
Strong background in technical support
Strong experience providing service and support in a customer service, end-user focused environment
Professional written and verbal communication skills
Experience facilitating classroom training using various platforms
Extensive knowledge of MS Office Suite, including Microsoft Teams
Preferred
Desktop Support: Hardware & software troubleshooting, imaging, installs, upgrades
Help Desk: ConnectWise Ticketing systems, dispatching, reporting, user support
VoIP: 3CX VoIP phone system support and troubleshooting
Ninja: Desktop Support tool
MAAS360
Hardware: PCs, laptops, printers, peripherals, Tablets, iPhones
Help Desk/Desktop support in a Health Care environment
Microsoft O365 One Drive, SharePoint experience
Certification CompTIA Network+
1-2 years' experience in healthcare information systems. Homecare preferred
Interest in keeping abreast of trends and developments within the self-education in information systems
