This role involves planning, process improvement, and execution of high-impact programs and cross-functional engagements.

Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day operational, administrative, and logistical support for social impact initiatives, programs, convenings, and events
Assist with developing, refining, and documenting processes to improve operational efficiency
Support preparation for internal and external meetings and events by gathering materials, drafting content, and coordinating logistics
Support ideation and planning efforts, including design sprints and strategic planning sessions
Capture meeting notes, prepare follow-up materials, and track action items
Assist with coordination across internal teams and external partners to enable broad engagement and impact
Track ongoing initiatives by maintaining status updates, documenting next steps, and flagging items requiring attention
Support cross-functional coordination to ensure alignment, communication, and timely progress across stakeholders
Assist with portfolio-level support activities as needed
Some travel may be required
Qualification
Required
Ability to prioritize and support multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and a focus on continuous improvement
Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams
Proactive and resourceful approach to identifying challenges and supporting problem-solving efforts
General familiarity with strategic planning, program delivery, or initiative coordination concepts
