Responsibilities
Build and maintain a strong referral network of luxury-market partners, including builders, developers, realtors, architects, engineers, art consultants, financial advisors, and other high-end service providers
Attend industry events, galas, fundraisers, design expos, and gatherings where affluent clients and influential COIs (Centers of Influence) are present
Represent the firm with professionalism, warmth, and sophistication
Identify and research potential clients and referral partners
Execute high-volume, high-quality cold outreach
Manage a robust pipeline from initial outreach to warm handoff with the design team
Analyze market opportunities and competitive trends
Collaborate on partnership programs and outreach strategies
Provide insights into luxury lifestyle and HNW trends
Serve as the first point of contact for potential clients and partners
Deliver a concierge-level experience aligned with the firm’s luxury brand
Maintain accurate CRM records
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction, Architecture, Historic Preservation, Interior Design, Engineering, or a related field required; advanced degree highly advantageous
Minimum of 5 years of sales experience
10+ years in a fast-paced, deliverable-driven environment
Experience leading complex sales processes involving multiple decision makers
Demonstrated success in prospecting, qualifying, and closing new accounts
Established network of COIs within luxury real estate, development, architecture, engineering, and related sectors
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
