Responsibilities
Define and continuously refine the multi-year strategic vision for the FX value stream
Establish strategic themes and guardrails that guide decision-making across initiatives
Ensure FX strategy directly supports enterprise growth priorities and advisor outcomes
Own the integrated FX business and digital roadmap, balancing near-term delivery with long-term capability building
Lead prioritization discussions, trade-off decisions, and sequencing across initiatives
Ensure dependencies, capacity constraints, and interlocks are explicitly managed
Act as a trusted strategic advisor to senior leaders across FX, Technology, and Distribution
Frame complex strategic decisions and recommendations for executive audiences
Support governance forums by providing clarity, options, and implications
Define strategic success metrics tied to advisor experience, productivity, and growth
Monitor performance against strategy and recommend course corrections as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
Minimum 7+ years experience in strategy, consulting, financial services
Strong communication skills including experience in developing executive level presentations
Collaborative work style and leadership presence with ability to effectively interact and earn trust of peers and senior management across the organization
Project management skills including proven ability to juggle multiple projects at the same time
Large and small group facilitation skills and experience
Team management and development skills
Self-starter with a passion to deliver results
Preferred
MBA or advanced degree a plus
