Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technical initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and quality standards
Champion Agile principles and practices, driving continuous improvement and maturity across delivery teams
Execute delivery using SDLC, Agile, and/or PMLC methodologies
Partner with engineering, product, and business teams to gather requirements and deliver high-impact solutions
Oversee the integration of AI-driven solutions, including automation and modern development approaches, within the SDLC
Support enterprise technology modernization and transformation efforts across multiple systems and platforms
Collaborate with business and technology leaders to track initiatives and ensure enterprise-wide alignment
Analyze complex challenges by evaluating data, trends, technologies, and business context
Monitor dashboards, budgets, roadmaps, and delivery metrics to provide transparency and actionable insights
Lead root-cause analysis efforts and recommend data-driven solutions
Develop clear, concise, and compelling presentations and written communications for senior leadership
Translate complex technical and project information into executive-ready summaries
Deliver accurate status reporting, documentation, and proactive risk and dependency management updates
Mentor team members and foster a collaborative, innovative, and continuous-improvement culture
Effectively manage scope, budget, risks, resources, communications, and internal controls
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field
5+ years of experience in Program or Project Management within technical environments
Strong technical background with direct experience partnering with software development teams
Demonstrated success delivering complex, cross-functional technical initiatives
Agile Scrum Master certification with hands-on Agile delivery experience
Solid understanding of SDLC; experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level presentations
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities
Preferred
Experience implementing AI, automation, or intelligent tooling within the SDLC
Prior people leadership or team management experience
Experience supporting senior leadership and enterprise-wide initiatives
PMP or additional project management certifications
Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
