Healthcare Operations Analyst (25/hr on W2)
HireTalent is offering an opportunity for the role of Operations Sr. Analyst, which provides operational and administrative support to Client Benefit Managers and team members. The main responsibilities include handling daily request tracking, reporting, documentation, and process improvements while ensuring compliance and timely issue escalation.

Responsibilities
Support ESI Markets (Commercial, Medicare, Health Plan) with plan changes, implementations, and renewals
Review and validate benefit setups; identify customization needs
Run and distribute reports, track performance guarantees
Research and resolve operational and benefit/claims issues
Follow SOPs and compliance standards; assist with process improvements
Support projects, system testing, and QA before implementation
Provide training/mentoring and collaborate across teams
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree OR HS Diploma with 5–7 years equivalent experience
0–2 years of relevant experience (PBM or benefit setup preferred)
Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook, SharePoint)
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Detail-oriented with ability to manage deadlines and multitask
Preferred
Knowledge of healthcare/PBM industry preferred
