Drive the design and vision for AI and Advanced Statistics across business lines
Construct machine learning frameworks and manage full project lifecycles
Transform business requirements into actionable, trackable objectives
Collaborate with product and infrastructure teams to enhance AI-driven solutions
Develop and improve a diverse team with skills in various AI domains
Ensure end-to-end product connectivity from development to production
Participate in academic and industry events to represent company
Qualification
Required
MS or Ph.D. in a quantitative field (CS or Computational Physics/Math)
10+ years of experience in machine learning and data science
5+ years of management experience leading AI/ML teams
Track record of innovation with patents and publications
Proven ability to build and lead expert machine learning teams
Experience developing machine learning solutions in cloud environments
Preferred
Experience with large-language models (LLMs) is a plus
