Application Support Engineer
Indel Power Group, through its subsidiary Curtis Power Solutions, is seeking an Application Support Engineer in Charlotte, NC. The role involves providing technical support to the sales and project management teams, coordinating project documents, and ensuring effective communication with internal and external partners to facilitate project success.

Responsibilities
Review and interpret project design documents and scope of work, enhance product knowledge of MTU and power equipment as necessary to fully understand total power solution provided
Initiate, coordinate, procure and assemble technical submittal documents for channel review and approval
Develop, modify, or procure technical drawings for onsite coordination of interconnects or conduit layouts
Learn and understand advanced concepts of building electrical distribution systems and how to apply power generation equipment and related technical scope of work
Provide technical support to Sales / Project Management Team
Develop, modify, or procure one-line diagrams for project designs
Be the communication hub for internal/external partners to guide project to a successful turnover to the end-user from inception to close-out
Project schedule alignment to meet customer and project expectations
Salesforce lead to coordinate quality up to date opportunity data
Weekly coordination with sales/project management team for application support and submittal duties
Understand and respond to customer’s sense of urgency evidenced by consistent and timely communication
Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service when dealing with customers (internal & external)

Qualification
Required
Knowledge of the power industry and 3-phase power
Proven ability to communicate effectively
High level of productivity output
Presentation skills
Detail oriented
Ability to multi-task and prioritize demands
Respond effectively to changes in workload, schedules, and environment
Preferred
Engineering Degree preferred; Electrical or Mechanical related
