Installation, configuration, and repair of Windows and Mac workstations
Troubleshooting operating systems and application software (Office apps, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive)
Mounting servers, switches, patch panels into racks
Basic networking setup and maintenance
Guiding users through installations and configurations
Creating technical documentation and maintaining service logs
FileVault encryption/decryption
Mobile Device Management (MDM) for Outlook, Teams, Microsoft Authenticator
Basic Office 365 services, Active Directory, user login methods
Ticket handling for incidents/service requests (INC, SR)
Familiarity with ticketing tools like ServiceNow (SNOW) and JIRA
Printers, scanners, and office automation products
