Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and implementation of software modules using Java
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
Ensure code quality through code reviews, unit testing, and adherence to best practices
Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement
Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to the overall software design
Identify and resolve technical issues and bugs in a timely manner
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to enhance the development process
Qualification
Required
Strong proficiency in Java programming language
Experience with Java frameworks such as Spring or Hibernate
Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles
Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services
Knowledge of database management systems, particularly SQL
Ability to work in an Agile development environment
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred
Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure
Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools
Experience with version control systems, particularly Git
Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies
